LOCATION: CONTRACTOR SITE
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
Position Description: This is a full-time position requiring 1880 hours of support per year; and work will be performed on contractor site. The technical SETA contractor will be in support of the customer’s CSSP roles and responsibilities.
Responsibilities include :
- Assisting with the development of technical system requirements, functional requirements, operational requirements and their translation to conceptual designs and models that lead to strategic implementable solutions that solve CSSP problems.
- Assisting with development and maintenance of SOP’s, technical specs, guidelines, and technical support to enhance the operational and technical capabilities of the CSSP.
- Assist the customer achieve seamless integration of CSSP functions.
- Provide Unified Architecture Framework (UAF) system, operational and service representations of CSSP functions.
- Analyze existing data architecture challenges and recommend changes necessary to achieve functional objectives.
- Assist in identifying new and existing products or technologies to solve design, development, and operational requirements.
Desired Skills/Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline and at least 15 years of systems engineering experience.
- Master’s or PhD Degree may be substituted for two years of experience. Note: a High School Diploma or GED plus 19 years of systems engineering experience would also be acceptable.
- Experience in cyber security principles, cyber vulnerability analysis, cyber incident handling.
- A broad experience in systems engineering disciplines, system integration, architecture development, mission use case and thread analysis.
- A demonstrated ability to work constructively and successfully with diverse stakeholders to resolve mission and technical issues.
- Self-starter, with high attention to detail, and possess excellent oral and written communication skills, and be proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
