Doug Beauregard spent 24 years in the United States Navy as an intelligence supervisor and analyst with a strong background in dataflow engineering within the cryptologic community.

In 2009, then Chief Beauregard took a position as the United States Navy Cryptologic Liaison Officer in a collaborative effort between the United States and Canada. In this position, he became widely recognized as a cryptologic subject matter expert and developed a cryptologic dataflow system (afloat) to support worldwide operational tasking. The results of his efforts and in partnership with American and Canadian intelligence community agencies led to his worldwide recognition and historical successes. In 2015, Chief Beauregard received from the Canadian Armed Forces and was presented by the Governor General of Canada one of the highest accolades available to Military Service Personnel – The Meritorious Service Medal (MSM) for his work as a “consummate professional and skilled operator; providing critical not-readily-available data access to two of Her Majesty’s Canadian ships deployed to the Arabian Sea, bringing great honour to himself, to the Canadian Armed Forces, and the United States Navy.”

In 2015, Mr. Beauregard began his civilian career with SPAWAR, Charleston, South Carolina, as a System Analyst. He brought his US/Canada experience to this position by developing and expanding upon dataflow and mission integration processes that needed to be established across shipborne platforms. In 2017, he was recruited to Fort Meade, Maryland as an Intelligence Analyst to continue his work building upon the dataflow architecture to support the United States Navy 10th Fleet Cyber Command. In 2018, Mr. Beauregard received high recognition from ADM Gilday for supporting the USS Farragut DDG-99 during a focused operation. His actions and successes have been briefed to the Director of NSA (DIRNSA) for record-breaking, routed in near real-time to several sites supporting distributed SIGINT operations. Mr. Beauregard has been lauded for his work on the SILENTROAR contract for carrying out the vision of the N39 dataflow between ships, sailors, and teams ashore.

In 2018, Doug Beauregard started his own cryptologic support company, Zdeno Solutions, and is currently supporting the emerging field of Signals Intelligence dataflow. Zdeno delivers one-of-a-kind, focused technical support to the Navy Tactical cryptologic surface units. As a subject matter expert, Mr. Beauregard is a critical member of the Fleet Cyber Command/Tenth Fleet’s Support Team (FST) and is considered to be one of the core developers of the new and emerging Distributed SIGINT Architecture. Doug Beauregard and Zdeno Solutions are strategically positioned to provide dataflow engineering expertise, training, support, and delivery solutions across the DOD and related Interagency Intelligence Communities.
